Ultra-nearfield monitors for critical mixing

iLoud MTM MKII features a pair of 3.5″ high-performance woofers and one 1″ high-definition, back-chamber loaded tweeter with improved speaker drivers for superior volume and low end, plus improved clarity and articulation in the midrange. The Midrange-Tweeter-Midrange symmetrical design (D’Appolito configuration) provides ultra-precise, defined, point-source sound that can’t be achieved by traditional 2-way systems at close distances, meaning you'll mix better and with less ear fatigue.

Designed to work faster in more situations

In addition to improved speaker drivers, iLoud MTM MKII maintains tight vertical dispersion, minimizing the acoustic impact of desktop placement and ceiling and floor reflections to ensure the most accurate possible sound. MTM MKII offers a wider horizontal dispersion, creating a broader sweet spot for easier mixing than other MTM designs while maintaining the smoothest in-room response. Better power efficiency and extended max SPL mean iLoud MTM MKII also offers superior performance as an FOH mixing monitor, immersive speaker or other volume-dependent tasks.

MTM design

Next-generation ARC room correction

iLoud MTM MKII adds a deeper, more comprehensive ARC auto-calibration derived from IK's flagship iLoud Precision series. Connected via USB to a Mac/PC with X-MONITOR, this 4-space measurement offers an unmatched definition and reliable translation in virtually any environment, so your mixes will always sound their best. A rapid, single-point measurement option can be done anywhere without a computer. Connect an ARC MEMS microphone (sold separately) to each speaker's mic input, and you'll be up and running in moments.

X-MONITOR integration

Also inherited from IK's flagship iLoud Precisions, iLoud MTM MKII now offers full X-MONITOR integration. This exclusive, award-winning software gives you complete control over every speaker element beyond the rear controls. Also, it allows for precise delay compensation between units for improved stereo imaging.

X_MONITOR Integration

A single solution to A/B mixes

In addition, X-MONITOR allows you to switch between virtual monitoring voices, emulating the frequency and phase response of other top studio monitors and reference systems. With 4 buttons to quickly recall various voices, X-MONITOR with MTM MKII becomes an entire reference monitoring system in one elegant solution.
